Imaging answers questions that a stethoscope cannot: whether that abdominal swelling is fluid or a mass, how many puppies to expect, whether a bladder problem is a stone or an infection.
It is also the least invasive diagnostic we have — no sedation for most patients, and a clear answer inside a single visit. Where a case needs advanced imaging we do not have, we will say so and refer you rather than repeating an inconclusive scan.
